• Clean Up Service can include basic color changes to logo. Structural changes are not included in clean up services.
• Your native design file(s). This includes your native editable adobe files for; Print and Web Versions. (Future Pro Tip - We highly suggest any edits be performed by a professional designer to preserve the integrity of your brands representation. We can always make future edits for you should you ever need them.)

HOW YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN IS MADE:

(Typical turnaround time - 2-3 weeks from scheduled date) Time Frame based on current queue, client feedback, and revisions.

#1 - Purchase Your Service - Our specialized services are tailored to each customers unique needs, prioritizing projects on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon securing/purchasing a service(s), your project will be sent to our design team.

#2 - Confirmation - Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation email including your design service questionnaire. This questionnaire helps us gather the important information to start the design clean up process. Please fill it out in its entirety.

#3 - Completion Date - Once we receive your completed questionnaire we will send you an email with your projected completion date. Note: Submitting your questionnaire as soon as possible ensures your project will be put on our schedule as soon as possible.

#4 - Design Phase - Our designer will start your logo clean up process where they will transform your logo into a crisp, clean version, adding visual appeal and professionalism to your brand. Once completed we will send you your completed refreshed logo design. Your folder will include; Logo file web and print view in jpg, png, pdf, eps, and tiff files along with your native design file.
