• Comes with 2 Complimentary revision cycles. Designs are typically finalized within the initial presentation phase or the 1st revision cycle. • Your native design file(s). This includes a folder of high resolution files for; Print publications, Web Applications, Embroidery, Document insertion.

HOW YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN IS MADE:

(Typical turnaround time - 2-3 weeks) Time Frame based on client feedback, revisions, and queue.

#1 - Purchase Your Service - Our specialized services are tailored to each customers unique needs, prioritizing projects on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon securing/purchasing a service(s), your project will be sent to our design team.

#2 - Confirmation - Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation email including any additional questions/questionnaire we may have about your design.

#3 - Completion Date - Once we receive your completed questionnaire we will get to work your service. Note: Submitting your questionnaire as soon as possible ensures your project will be put in our design queue as soon as possible. Turn around time is usually 2-3 weeks as we craft idea thumbnails, curate layouts, and ensure the idea for your design is the best solution for your business and industry.

#4 - Design Phase / Completion - Our designer will start transforming your questionnaire into a unique design solution adding visual appeal and professionalism to your brand. Once completed we will send you three logo options to choose from. We offer 2 complementary revision cycles on the selected design. Once logo design is finalized we will send you your completed design and files folder. This will include; Logo file web and print view in jpg, png, pdf, eps, and tiff files along with your native design file.
