ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED

Graphic Design and Website Development:

Due to the personalized attention and time invested in creating unique designs, we do not offer refunds for services that have been initiated. If you’ve placed an order for graphic or website services, and your project start date has not arrived, you may request a refund for the entire service amount. This policy upholds our high standards and quality.

Print Services:

For print materials, if you receive a defective banner or sign, contact us within 15 days of receipt with photos of defects. If deemed defective, we’ll provide a replacement.

Apparel Products:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date for unworn items with all tags attached and in original packaging. Contact customer service to initiate the return process.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards, Downloadable software products.

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

To request a return, email us at brainwave@bosmatistudios.com with your full name, phone number, a suitable time for a call, details of the issue, and proof of purchase. For damaged or faulty items, include pictures of the product and shipping box.

RETURN TIMELINE

Returns are accepted within 15 days of product delivery. Determine the delivery date using your tracking number. The return inquiry window is 15 days from that date.

REFUND OPTIONS

Choose store credit or a replacement item. Cash back refunds are only for non-delivery, broken, or damaged products.
